Shipping
All
Prints are shipped by First Class Recorded delivery in
strong cardboard tubing. Those going to other countries
will be marked "Printed Matter", and will be sent by air
for the earliest possible delivery. As soon as an order
is received an acknowledgement will be sent by e-mail.
Then when the print is dispatched - usually within five days
of receipt of order, an email will be sent to the
customer advising that the artwork is on its way.
Returns
In producing and sending my prints I make every effort
to satisfy each of my clients.
However, should you not be pleased with the results of your
purchase, return it to me undamaged and in its original
packaging within 14 days of its arrival at your
location, and the purchase price of the print will be
refunded.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation after
the artwork has been despatched, I cannot be responsible
for postage costs. To discharge all liability please use registered post.
The print should arrive in perfect condition. The packaging is easily strong enough
for me to stand on. However in the unlikely event
that you find it has been crushed in transit,
refuse to accept the delivery from the courier and
ask them to return it.
If posted back to me within 14 days in its original packaging,
the item will be replaced immediately.
