Commissions

Landscapes, seascapes and portraits can be commissioned according to a client's taste and preferences.

Procedure
The portrait procedure begins with a discussion between myself and the client, usually at the client's location. During this time, the mood, setting, size, and price of the portrait is decided. One and possibly two photographic sessions follow, of about one hour each. I then choose several photographs that I feel will work best and discuss them with the client. On return to my studio I prepare a sketch which is presented to the client for approval. Upon approval I proceed with the portrait. A landscape project can be arranged in a similar way.

Sometimes, because of time constraints or the distances involved, a meeting is impracticable, in which case a portrait or a landscape based upon an existing photograph or selection of photographs can be created.
